A. DESIGN

WE HAVE GOT FULL FLEDGE INHOUSE FACILITY FOR CARRYING OUT Design of fixed and floating roof tanks in accordance with all international standards and codes.

B. Fabrication

We have a full fledge facility for fabrication and production of all bottom tank plates, annular plates and roof plates, structure, nozzles, appurtenances, ladders, platforms etc prior to transportation and installation.

C. ERECTION OF STORAGE TANK

We have a dedicated team of engineers who are specialized in erection of huge diameter tanks from soil investigation back filling civil work installation and erection also includes piping work firefighting work electrical work instrumentation work painting and epoxy coating.

D. Maintenance of STORAGE TANKS

We also carry out maintenance of old tank from desludging degassing cleaning sand blasting and painting Floating Roof Seal replacement and Form nozzle replacement

We follow all relevant codes mentioned below :
API 650, 620 or equivalent standards complete with all associated standards such as AWS A.1, ASME IX etc. Surface preparation to Swedish Sa or SPCC specifications with painting, coating or lining to clients or international standard
